Executive Director / COO

Adeolu is a public health professional, astute health risk manager and finance expert with several years of experience in the healthcare delivery and finance industry. 

He is an Alumni of College of Medicine, University of Ilorin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. He holds a master’s in public health (MPH) from the Lagos State College of Medicine (LASUCOM). 

He started as an intern with the Oyo State Hospital Management Board before proceeding to the foremost University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan. He was a member of the Niger Delta University (NDU) Team that set up the University Health Centre. He subsequently joined the Lagos State Hospital Management Board as a clinician. 

Years after, Adeolu joined Unic Health Insurance Plc where he rose to become a Medical Manager, and later joined KBL Healthcare Limited (a subsidiary of Keystone Bank Limited) as Head, Medical Services & Risk Management. He functioned, among other responsibilities, as a member of the Management Committee, Investment Committee and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company. 

Adeolu, certified member of Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN), was later appointed Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Fountain Healthcare Limited, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in 2016. He also currently serves as a Public Health Advisor for Canadian Red Cross (an international NGO), with Canada wide responsibilities.  Adeolu also sits on the Boards of Imperial Health Advocacy Foundation (IHAF), an NGO and Hexel Limited, a savings and loan organization.  

Dr Ogundeji has had several local and international training in Clinical medicine, Public Health, Health Insurance & Economics, Project management, Leadership, Management, and Business Administration in Nigeria, Canada, and the United States of America. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria, a member of Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Canada Public Health Association (CPHA), Association of International Medical Graduate of Alberta (AIMGA), Canada.
