Dr. Glover is an accomplished Nigerian with a track record of achievements in medicine and sports. He is the current 1st Vice President to the Confederation of African Handball, as well as the Medical Director of Royal Infirmary Group.

Born in the city of Lagos, the seasoned administrator has had training both locally and abroad in addition to a first degree in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Lagos, Masters in Public Health and Post Doctoral fellowship Clinical Pathology from Yale University, New Haven Connecticut, USA. He is also a Fellow of the Association of General & Private Practitioners of Nigeria. He has also completed various management programmes.

He was the former President of the Handball Federation of Nigeria, immediate past first Vice President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee as well as President, Medical Commission, African Handball Confederation (1992-2000).

His current affiliations include – President, Nigeria Triathlon Union; Executive Member, African Triathlon Union; Member, Medical Commission of ITU; Board Member, Nigeria Olympic Committee; Executive Member, African Union of Sports Medicine; Member, Medical Commission of the Supreme Council for Sports in Africa; Member, Medical Commission Association of National Olympic Committees in Africa and Member, International Federation of Sports Medicine.
