The following are excluded from all our Plans except otherwise agreed –
- Treatment for benefits not covered by the plan.
- Intensive care treatment involving life support.
- Incubator care after 48hrs of life.
- Phototherapy care after 48hrs of life.
- Treatment by a provider not in our HMO Network except in emergency cases.
- Cosmetic/plastic surgery.
- Complex major surgery e.g. heart surgeries, renal transplant, etc.
- Congenital & neurological abnormalities.
- Illnesses arising out of addictive conditions/disorders or drug/substance abuse.
- Provision of hearing aids and artificial limbs.
- Severe Drug reactions e.g. Systemic Lupus Erythematosis, Dyscoid Lupus Erythematosis, etc.
- Chronic psychiatric illness.
- Weight Modifications treatment.
